Welcome to Essential Massage Therapy. In order for me to provide you the quality service that you deserve, I will need your input on a regular basis. If I do anything that is painful, please tell me immediately. I would like to hear from you a few days after your first massage to hear how things are going for you. If something doesn't feel right, or if you hurt after the session, I'd like to know. Please call me (808) 430-6390.
Practice Policies:
Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
If you are sick, we need to reschedule. It will do you no good to be worked on if you are ill.
If you miss an appointment there will be a charge for reserved time.
Recommendations for after your massage
Drink lots of water!
Walk for 20 minutes if you can today
Don't drive if you are light-headed or disoriented
Remember to stretch gently
Take it easy today, NO HEAVY LIFTING (you may injure yourself)
